What you get
What exactly do you take care of?
Everything until your site is live and running: design, build, hosting, security certificate, the technical setup of legal notice and privacy policy, ongoing care. You do not have to worry about a thing, that is the whole point. All included in the monthly fee.
How does it work and how long does it take?
First we talk, over a coffee, by video or phone. You tell us who you are, we listen. Then we build, and you get to see your site before it goes live. Fine-tuning included, until you say: that is me. Depending on scope and agreement it takes between 48 hours and one week. A word is a bond: what we promise, we keep.
What if something changes?
You send us a short message, by WhatsApp or email. New opening hours, an appointment, a different photo, a new price: we put it in, within 24 hours at the latest. You do not need anyone in your business looking after the website, and you do not have to learn a system. Others hand you a login and leave you to it. With us it is all included.
I have no good texts or pictures. Now what?
No problem, that is our craft. We refine your existing texts into a language that fits your business, warm and professional. If you have none, we write them together out of your story. We curate images to match your style, and we work your own photos in beautifully. All included in the price, promised.
Do I get a logo as well?
If you do not have one, we design one for you and it is included in the price. If you already have one, we build on it and prepare it cleanly for every size and background. For more ambitious wishes, such as a full brand development with several variants, we talk about it beforehand. You know the price before anything is made.
What about my domain?
We gladly get your desired web address for you or point your existing domain to your new site. The domain itself belongs to you and costs a few francs per year depending on name and ending, which you pay directly. We handle the technology behind it.
What it costs
Is the build really free?
Yes, one hundred percent. You pay nothing for building your site, neither at the start nor later. Every site here is built the same way, by hand, for you alone. The only difference is the scope. Depending on scope, the value of such work is 2,999, 3,999 or 4,999 francs, and it is stated in your contract. You never have to pay it. You pay 25 francs a month for the care, and that covers everything: hosting, maintenance, backups and small changes. We earn slowly rather than all at once, because we think long-term. Herzstück Web belongs to the Via Vital Group. Together we are strong, and that is why your website does not have to be our big business.
Are there hidden costs, and how do I pay?
No, there are no hidden costs. Small things and adjustments are always included in the monthly fee. Only if you want a bigger rebuild, elaborate image or video work, or something entirely new do we agree on a small fixed price beforehand, often around 59 francs. You always know the cost in advance. Always. You pay however you like best: bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, monthly in advance. No subscription traps, no fine print.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with one month's notice to the end of the month, and a short message is enough. We do not want to keep anyone who would rather leave. If you close your business or no longer need a site, you go without any discussion.
And what if I simply stop?
Then you stop. The site goes offline and you pay nothing. No final invoice, no extra charge, no discussion. Your texts, your pictures, your logo and your domain belong to you from the first day and forever.
And if I move to another provider one day?
Then you take your site with you. You receive it as a complete file package, ready to upload with any provider you choose.
Because this site holds work you never paid for, a share of its value becomes due. And that share gets smaller the longer we have been looking after it.

Calculated from the value stated in your contract. For a site worth 3,999 francs that is 800 francs after five years. And even then, we are happy to keep looking after it if you like.
How we work
Why are your sites so clear, and why do they load so fast?
Both on purpose. Many websites are stuffed with things no visitor needs: contact forms nobody fills in, subpages nobody reads, integrations that only slow things down. We leave out the clutter and put all the love into what works: your story, your pictures, your personality. And we build the way people used to build: solid and without ballast. No page-builder system, no sluggish databases, no mountains of plugins. Every site is a handmade, self-contained piece and sits on servers around the world, so it is always delivered from the nearest location. Your site is up before others start loading.
What about Google?
Registration with Google is naturally included. Our kind of site usually does not need bigger search engine work, and if it ever does, we advise you honestly and take care of it at a small, fair scale.
Is all of this legally sound?
Yes. Encrypted connection, properly set up legal notice and privacy policy under European rules, and your content and images remain yours. Old school also means: working properly.
